Platform role
The platform is a technology intermediary and service provider. It does not own listed vehicles and is not a party to the vehicle sale contract unless a separate service explicitly states otherwise.
This is a pre-launch operational draft and must be reviewed by Moroccan legal counsel before public launch.

Listing review covers listing content before publication. It is not a mechanical inspection and does not guarantee quality, ownership, or absence of defects.
A seller may provide a report and the platform may coordinate third-party inspection. A report describes condition at the time of inspection and is not an ongoing guarantee.
Matching scores measure compatibility with stated preferences only and are not financial or technical advice.
At this stage the platform collects only platform service fees and does not receive the vehicle purchase price. Uploading transfer proof is not payment confirmation until Finance verifies it.
Account and contact data are used to provide and operate the service. A buyer’s private identity is not exposed to sellers without a clear user-authorized step.
Users may report inaccurate or suspicious listings. The platform may review, suspend, or request more information according to operating policies.
Final legal wording must be reviewed in Morocco before public launch, including consumer protection, data protection, e-commerce, and invoicing requirements.
